Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join our engineering team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining core systems that power our financial platform. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions for financial applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and data analysts
- Build and maintain APIs and backend services
- Ensure high performance, security, and responsiveness of applications
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding best practices
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
- Contribute to system architecture decisions and technical strategy
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in software development
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, or Go)
- Experience with web frameworks and RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
- Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fintech or financial systems
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Familiarity with microservices architecture
- Understanding of security best practices in financial applications
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
